Class! Class is what happened...2 of them: History of New Mexico and Sociology, and BOTH are writing intensive = 3 page take home essays nearly weekly!!!! and the kicker.....I'm doing this FUN : /
It has been 10 years since my last college class so I was a little rusty to say the least, but here I am on the first day of class books (yes plural...2 books for EACH class) I have now turned into the non-tradition student that I used to roll my eyes at in Peru State College. I had two rules for myself. 1. Do not sit in the front row, so I sat in the 2nd row, and 2. Do not answer every question (I do have to bite my tongue on this one) Turns out college is very different when you are in your 30's. While I would still rather be blogging than writing papers, i am enjoying myself, and learning quite a bit about New Mexico (history class) and myself (sociology class).
I think this is the first blog without of photo of Jorgito???? Not a great start to 2012...I promise the next update with be chock full of Ito :)
